We accommodate our guests as we would like to be accommodated ourselves by offering check-in times starting as early as 3:00pm and check-outs as late as 11:00am (when available), incremental cancellation and reservation policies, and pet accomodation.

Please discuss your visitors of guests with the manager prior to any gatherings.
All guests and visitors must park within property boundaries.
Lake San Cristobal Lodge reservations are secured with a deposit equal to your first night's stay, or 30%, which ever is greater. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of arrival or departure dates.
Check-ins start as early as 3:00pm, and check-outs are as late as 11:00am (when available).
Please contact us as we book directly with you. Payments are secured with personal checks, bank checks and/or money orders.
If cancellations are received prior to 30 days before arrival dates, your deposit will be refunded minus $156.
For cancellations 20-30 days prior to arrival dates, your deposit will be held as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations 20 days or less prior to arrival dates you will be charged 100% of your total reservation, as it will be very difficult to substitute guest with such short notice.
We understand the significance of your pets, and the family members that they are to you! We ask that the following be a guide to ensure that everyone here and nearby, will leave with a memorible experience.
Guests may bring a maximum of 2 pets per suite. All pet stay requests must be discussed with manager prior to making reservations.
A $100 refundable deposit is required per pet. Deposit will be credited back to you upon sucessful inspection. In the event of damage with costs beyond $100, a restoration fee determined by the manager will be charged to you for the those costs.
For each pet, add an additional rate of $25 the first night, and $10 per night for the remainder of your stay.
Our pet guests must never be left unattended.
Pets must be at least one year old and completely house broken.
Smoking is not permited inside of the lodge.
Smoking is allowed outside of the lodge, well enough away that it does not enter the lodge, nor interfere with other guests.
A restoration fee will be charged to you in the event of damage above and beyond your deposit. This fee will be determined by the manager as to the amount of any residual damage, and may reach as high as $1000 (linens would need replacing, flooring, furniture, disinfecting, etc.).
